1. Introduction

We are committed to protecting the privacy of everybody who visits this website or gets in touch with us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

This is a brochure site for a digital build agency. We do not sell anything through it, we do not run public user accounts on it, and we do not build profiles of the people who read it. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean TTT International Ltd, trading as Morse Digital, which is the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. How we use your personal data

We collect and use personal data in the following ways.

  • Usage data. Our web server records the pages you visit, along with your IP address, the date and time of the request, your browser type and version, and the page that referred you. We use this to keep the site running, to diagnose faults, and to protect the site from abuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in the security and proper administration of the site.
  • Enquiry data. If you email us, call us, or ask us for a quote, we hold the contact details and the content of your message so we can reply and, if it goes further, so we can quote for and deliver the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the performance of a contract where one follows.
  • Client data. If you become a client, we hold the contact details of the people we work with, together with the correspondence and records needed to run the project and to bill for it. The lawful basis is the performance of our contract with you and compliance with our legal obligations, including tax and accounting law.

We will not use your personal data for a purpose that is incompatible with the purpose it was collected for, and we will not send you marketing you did not ask for.

3. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or that similarly significantly affects you.

4. Providing your personal data to others

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anybody else's marketing. We do disclose it to the suppliers who help us run our business, each of whom processes it only on our instructions and under a written agreement, including:

  • our hosting and infrastructure providers, who run the servers this site sits on;
  • our email and office software providers, who carry our correspondence with you;
  • our accountants and professional advisers, where a project or an invoice requires it.

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers of your personal data

We host this site and store our records in the UK and the European Economic Area wherever we can. Where a supplier processes personal data outside those countries, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK, so your data keeps the same protection it has here.

6. Retaining and deleting personal data

We keep personal data no longer than we need it. In practice that means server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostics; enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off; and client records, contracts and invoices are kept for seven years after the end of the relationship to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask us what personal data we hold about you, and to get a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate personal data corrected;
  • ask us to erase your personal data, where we have no continuing reason to hold it;
  • ask us to restrict how we process it, or object to our processing of it;
  • receive the personal data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable form;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where our processing relies on your consent.

8. Third party websites

Our site links to other websites, including our clients' sites and our social media profiles. We have no control over those sites and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their own privacy policies before you give them your personal data.

9. Personal data of children

This site and our services are aimed at businesses, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anybody under 13. If you believe we hold data about a child, tell us and we will delete it.

10. Updating information

Please tell us if the personal data we hold about you needs correcting or updating, so that our records stay accurate.

11. About cookies

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that a website stores in your browser. Some cookies expire when you close the browser (session cookies); others stay until they reach their expiry date or you delete them (persistent cookies). Cookies do not usually contain anything that identifies you personally, but the personal data we hold about you can be linked to the data held in cookies.

12. Cookies that we use

We keep our own cookies to a minimum. We use them for:

  • cookie consent — remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice, so we do not show it on every page;
  • security — protecting forms on the site against cross-site request forgery, and keeping any signed-in editing session secure;
  • status — keeping a session going for the small number of staff who sign in to update the site's content.

13. Cookies used by our service providers

Our service providers may set cookies on this site, for example where we embed a video or a map from another service. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own privacy and cookie policies rather than this one.

14. Managing cookies

Every mainstream browser lets you block or delete cookies, usually from its settings or preferences menu — look for a "Privacy", "Cookies" or "Site data" section. Blocking all cookies will break parts of this site and of many others.

15. Cookie preferences

You can change your preference for this site at any time by clearing the cookies your browser holds for it. The cookie notice will then appear again on your next visit.

16. Amendments

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version here. Check this page occasionally to make sure you are happy with any changes.
